What your reseller account can do, how to sign in, and the steps to host your first customer.
With Twerple Reseller Hosting you run your own hosting business on our servers. You create hosting plans, set up accounts for your customers, and look after their websites, while we look after the servers, network, security and backups.
Signing in
Open Websites in your client area, select your reseller plan and click Open HostPanel. You can also sign in directly with the address, user name and password from your welcome email.
Your reseller dashboard
Your dashboard shows totals across all your customers: domains, databases, email accounts and users. If resource isolation is available on your server, a table shows which customer accounts are using the most resources.
Your first customer in four steps
- Create a hosting plan with the limits you want to sell. See Creating hosting plans for your customers.
- Create the customer's account on that plan. See Creating a hosting account for a customer.
- Add their website. See Adding a website for a customer.
- Send them their details. See What to send a new customer.
