Does my website have to be hosted with you?
No. We look after websites hosted with us or with any other provider. We just need access to the website and its hosting.
How do I ask for a change?
From your account: open Website Management, choose your website and use "Request a change". You can follow its progress there, and we reply by email.
What if I need more hours than my plan includes?
We tell you before starting any work that goes beyond your plan, and agree the price with you first. You can also move to a bigger plan at any time.
Can I pay monthly or yearly?
Both. Choose the period above the plans: paying yearly costs less than twelve monthly payments. Your plan renews automatically and you can cancel from your account.
Are my website's logins safe with you?
Yes. Passwords are stored encrypted, only our team can see them, and every time one is viewed it is recorded.
