How your Twerple plan limits the accounts and resources you can give your customers.
Your Twerple reseller plan sets the total you can share between your customers: the number of customer accounts, the disk space, and the features you can offer.
Seeing what you have left
- When you create or edit a plan, the My Limits card shows your remaining capacity.
- When you create a customer, the Remaining Resources box shows whether the chosen plan still fits.
- Your dashboard shows your totals across all customers.
Allocated and used
Limits are checked against what you hand out in plans, not only against what your customers actually use. If your reseller plan has 50 GB and you give five customers a 10 GB plan each, you cannot create a sixth on that plan, even if the first five are only using 1 GB each. Size your plans so they add up.
Features
You can only include features in your plans that your own reseller plan includes. For example, you can only offer full SSH access if your reseller plan has it. Options you cannot offer are hidden.
