Two ways to open HostPanel, what to do if you have forgotten your password, and what to try if the page does not load.
HostPanel is the control panel for your Twerple hosting. It is where you manage your websites, email accounts, databases, files, SSL certificates and backups. There are two ways to open it.
The quickest way: from your client area
- Sign in to your Twerple client area.
- Open Websites and select your hosting plan.
- Click Open HostPanel. HostPanel opens in a new tab and signs you in automatically, so you do not need a password.
This is the method we recommend, because it always works, even if you have forgotten your HostPanel password.
Signing in directly
When your hosting was set up, we sent you an email titled Your Hosting Account is Ready. It contains:
- your HostPanel address, which ends in
:8443(for examplehttps://server-name:8443); - your user name;
- your password.
Open the address in your browser, enter the user name and password, and click sign in. The :8443 at the end of the address is part of it, so do not remove it. Bookmark the page so you can find it again.
Forgotten your password?
Use Open HostPanel in your client area as described above. Once you are signed in, open your profile from the menu in the top-right corner of HostPanel and set a new password.
The page will not load
- Check the address. It must start with
https://and end with:8443. - Try another network. Some office networks and public Wi-Fi block port 8443. If HostPanel opens on mobile data but not on your usual network, ask your network administrator to allow outgoing connections to port 8443.
- Still stuck? Open a support ticket from your client area and tell us what you see. A screenshot helps.
