Sign in as a customer, suspend or reactivate an account, edit details and remove accounts.
All your customers are listed in HostPanel under Users → Users List. You only ever see your own customers.
The users list
The cards at the top show your total, active and suspended users. The table lists each customer's user name, name, email, plan and status. Use the search box to find a customer by name or email, or switch to the tree view.
What you can do with an account

| Login as User | Opens HostPanel as the customer sees it, without their password. Ideal for helping them or checking a problem. |
| Edit | Changes the customer's details, password or plan. |
| Suspend | Takes the customer's websites, email and logins offline, for example for an unpaid invoice. Nothing is deleted. |
| Activate | Brings a suspended account back online. |
| Delete | Permanently removes the account with all its websites, databases, email and files. You must type DELETE to confirm. |
Resetting a customer's password
Use Edit on the customer, enter a new password and save. Send it to the customer securely, and ask them to change it after signing in.
Always take a backup before deleting an account. Deletion cannot be undone.
