Changing a customer's plan and editing plans

Moving one customer to another plan

1. Go to Users → Users List and use Edit on the customer.
2. Choose the new Service Plan and save.

The new limits apply straight away. When downgrading, check first that the customer's usage fits the smaller plan; for example, a customer using 8 GB cannot work normally on a 5 GB plan.

Changing a plan for everyone on it

1. Go to Plans and click the plan.
2. Change the limits or features and save.

The change applies to every customer on that plan. To change only new customers, create a new plan instead and leave the old one as it is.

Removing a plan

A plan cannot be deleted while customers are using it; a lock icon is shown instead of the delete button. Move those customers to another plan first, then delete it, typing DELETE to confirm.
