Creating an account

You can create an account on its own, or as part of your first order at checkout. To create one on its own:

1. Go to the client area and click Create an account.
2. Enter your first name, last name, email address, phone number and a password. The password needs at least 8 characters, with upper and lower case letters, a number and a symbol.
3. Tick the box to agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The newsletter box is optional.
4. Enter your billing address and click Continue. This is the address shown on your invoices.
5. We email you a 6-digit code. Enter it and click Verify & Create Account.

No code? Check your spam folder, then click Resend code. If you made a typo in your address, use Change email address.

Signing in

Enter your email address and password and click Sign In. Tick Remember me on this device only on a computer that nobody else uses. If you created your account with Google or GitHub, sign in with the same button.

If two-step verification is on, we then email you a 6-digit code to finish signing in. See Two-step verification, password and active sessions.

Forgotten your password?

1. Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
2. Enter your email address and click Send Reset Instructions.
3. Open the email and follow the link. It works for 24 hours.
4. Choose a new password and click Save New Password.

If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or use Resend Reset Link. If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, contact us and we will help you prove the account is yours.
