Tell us about your website, ask for changes and see the updates, backups and checks we do for you.
With a Website Management plan, we look after your website for you: updates, backups, security, uptime and the changes you ask for. Open Website Management in the menu.
Getting started
After your order, click Tell us about your website and enter its address, its name and what it was made with, such as WordPress. Choose I’m not sure if you do not know. This lets us start looking after it straight away.
What you can see
- whether your website is online right now, and its uptime this month;
- when it was last backed up;
- the work we have done this month, such as updates and security checks, under Work done;
- when your SSL certificate and domain renew;
- your plan, price and next due date.
Asking for a change
- Click Request a change.
- Describe in a few words what you would like changed. Add page addresses and any text or images we need.
- Click Send request.
Each request becomes a support ticket, so you can reply to it and follow its progress under Your requests. Your plan includes a set amount of change work each month.
If the website shows as offline
If we cannot reach your website, its status says so and we are already on it. You do not need to open a ticket, but you are welcome to reply to tell us about anything you changed recently.
