What the Support PIN is, where to find it and when we ask for it.
Your Support PIN lets us confirm that we are talking to the account holder when you contact us outside the client area, for example in a live chat with our team.
Finding your PIN
Click your name in the top corner of the client area. The Support PIN is shown in the menu, with a Copy PIN button.
Why it changes
The PIN refreshes every 5 minutes, so an old PIN is useless to anyone who sees it. When we ask for it, give us the one showing at that moment.
We will only ever ask for your PIN. We will never ask for your client area password, your 2FA code or your full card number.
