How quotes for web development and custom work arrive, and how to accept one.
For web development, custom systems and other tailored work, we send you a quote before we start. It shows exactly what is included and what it costs.
Finding your quotes
Open Invoices and click Quotes. Click a quote to open it. It shows the items, the total, the date it was issued and the date it is valid until.
Accepting a quote
- Open the quote and read it carefully, including any notes.
- Click Accept Quote and confirm.
By accepting, you agree to the items and the total in the quote. We create an invoice for it that you can pay from your account, and the quote shows a link to that invoice.
Questions or changes
If you want something changed before you accept, open a ticket quoting the quote number. If a quote has expired, contact us and we will send you an updated one.
