Pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, account balance or bank transfer, and download PDF invoices.
Paying online
- Open Invoices and click Pay Now next to the invoice, or open it and click Pay Invoice.
- Under Payment Information, choose how to pay.
- Click the pay button. You are taken to our payment provider’s secure page to finish.
You can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not store your card details: you enter them on our payment provider’s secure page each time you pay.
When the payment is confirmed, the invoice is marked Paid and we email you a receipt. If the invoice says Your payment is being processed, there is nothing more to do; it updates by itself.
Paying with your account balance
If you have credit, it can be used to pay invoices. It shows on the invoice as Credit Applied. See Your account balance and adding funds.
Paying by bank transfer
We also accept bank transfers to our IBAN. If Bank Transfer is not listed on the invoice, open a ticket and we will send you our bank details. Always use the invoice number as the payment reference, so we can match your payment. Transfers can take one to a few working days to reach us, and we mark the invoice as paid once the money arrives.
Downloading invoices
Open an invoice and click Download PDF for a copy for your records or your accountant. The Invoice Activity section shows when it was created, reminded and paid.
Late payment
We send reminders before and after the due date. If an invoice stays unpaid, the service may be suspended and a late fee may be added. Pay the invoice to have the service reactivated, and open a ticket if it is not back within a few minutes.
