Find, copy and download your license keys, and move a license to another website.
When you buy a product in the Twerple Marketplace, its license key appears under License Keys in your client area once the order is paid.
Using your key
- Open License Keys. Your keys are listed under My purchases.
- Click Download to get the product.
- Click Show to see the key, then Copy.
- Install the product, and enter the key when the installer asks for it.
Where a key is used
Installed on shows the website or websites using the key. Test and staging sites are marked test, not counted and do not use up your license.
Moving to another website
Click Deactivate next to the old website to free the license. The product there asks for a license again, and you can install it on the new website.
Key status
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active | The key works. Lifetime keys never expire; others show the date they run until. |
| Suspended | The key is paused, for example because of an unpaid invoice. Pay it, or contact us. |
| Revoked | The key no longer works. Contact us if you think this is a mistake. |
